Our challenge
Jazz was responsible for coming up with a message on universal positioning, one that would resonate with various audience profiles, including people from very different cultures and regions in Brazil, the USA and other parts of the world. It needed to be recognizable in English, to help consolidate the brand’s presence worldwide, but at the same time, it had to be easy for those who did not understand the language.
We carried out a complete investigation of the current market and defined what was most important to communicate, in order to make the company more competitive and improve customer awareness.
We carried out a research project to obtain a 360º view of the brand’s existing situation. We wanted to understand everything about how SounDigital communicated with its audience. As a result of this, we developed a new brand positioning strategy with a new slogan, new visual identity and a complete communications plan.
